2021 Community Grants Program Recipients

The BCM annual community grant program is designed to support local organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact in the community. The grant recipients are carefully selected based on their mission, the impact they have on the community, and the sustainability of their project. The organizations and initiatives that receive funding through this program play a vital role in making our community a better place for everyone.

The following is a list of the organizations that have been selected as this year’s grant recipients:

The Soup Kitchen

Niagara Falls Community Soup Kitchen

Acquisition of a new refrigeration/freezer for their soup kitchen. In 2020 they served 53,637 meals.

Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre

Organization works with youth who have been victims of violence. Grant for title sponsorship of October fundraising gala which will be televised.

Person Centred Care

Furnishings at their new location in Fort Erie to be used to enhance their respite and Day Services Programs used by children, youth, and adults.
